Overdrive Defense is a first-of-its-kind lifestyle and CPG brand for harm reduction and drug safety, committed to destigmatizing the highly sensitive category and lowering the frequency of drug poisonings and deaths. As a first mover in this space, the challenges we’re taking on at Overdrive are complex, but we’re committed to driving real impact. Beyond donating products to community-based organizations nationwide, we’re also dedicating 1% of our net revenue to partner organizations working directly on harm reduction efforts in local communities. Our first partners include End Overdose, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit focused on ending drug-related overdose deaths, as well as Students for Sensible Drug Policy, the National Harm Reduction Coalition, and the Pennsylvania Harm Reduction Network. Additionally, we’re setting aside at least 3% of the company’s equity ownership to support social impact initiatives addressing drug overdoses, with plans to expand our support to other organizations aligned with our mission in the future.
